Porky Profile Studio is a modern Windows tool for managing Truck Simulator profiles and saves—with automatic backups, output validation, and local-first privacy built into every change.
READY TO EDIT
What it is
Truck Simulator saves are powerful, but they were never designed to be edited by hand. Profile Studio turns that complexity into a clear review-and-save workflow while preserving data it does not need to change.
Choose a profile and save, prepare edits across dedicated sections, review everything together, and let the safety system handle backup, serialization, and validation.
Full capability
Built around the things players actually need, with safeguards that remain visible instead of hiding behind the interface.
Edit balance, experience, levels, skills, company details, and headquarters from one focused workspace.
Manage garages and repair legacy garage slot data that can otherwise cause economy-operation crashes.
Review and prepare supported vehicle, trailer, and ownership changes without discarding unknown save fields.
Create a separate local profile from a fresh game-made template, with your chosen identity and progression.
Move selected controls, preferences, and individual gearbox layouts between profiles—never identity or save data.
Browse timestamped safety copies and restore an earlier state when a change or external mod causes trouble.
The workflow
Every edit follows the same understandable path.
Profile Studio finds supported local profiles and manual saves for ETS2 and ATS.
Make changes across the editor without altering the source as you work.
See prepared changes together before authorising a write.
A timestamped backup is created, output is reparsed, and only validated data replaces the save.
Safety by design
Writing is blocked when ETS2 or ATS is running.
The original save is copied before replacement begins.
Current ScsC saves are decoded in memory without an external decoder executable.
Generated output must load successfully before it can replace the target save.
Start fresh
Clone a clean, game-created template into a separate local profile. Set the name, company, headquarters, balance, experience, and skills while retaining one clean manual save. The source template is never modified.
Keep your setup
Transfer controls, general configuration, local preferences, or selected gearbox layouts between profiles. Destination files are backed up first, and profile identity and save data remain excluded.
Before you install
The public beta is self-contained, so no separate .NET installation is required.

No. Close ETS2 or ATS before writing a save. The app includes a process guard to help prevent unsafe changes.
